In Italy, Nutriservice ships orders in cooperation with GLS, BRT, SDA and others among the best national and international express services.
Thanks to their capillarity and organization, our couriers are able to deliver throughout Italy (including Italian islands) within 48-72 business hours.
In order to provide a better service, by allowing us to deliver your order to the courier the same day of its issue, please do your shopping from Monday to Friday before 11:00 am.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the following working day.

IMPORTANT  NOTES ON DELIVERY: The customer is required to verify that the number of packages indicated on the shipping document is actually the one delivered by the courier. If an item is visibly damaged / broken or closed by courier scotch tape, please sign the delivery document by mentioning  “damaged package or broken package”.Without this indication it won’t be possible to reimburse the damaged goods.
Furthermore :
• You cannot  arrange for specific  delivery or indicate a specific timetable
• Deliveries are effected throughout the day, during office hours.
• In order to facilitate the delivery, it is strongly recommended to give an address where a person is present.
• The name of the person or company must be exactly as shown on the company/house bell and/or plate.
• Delivery to floors higher than ground is not foreseen.
For international shipping, charges vary according to goods destination weight & volume.

Nutriservice s.r.l. is not responsible for the state of the received returned goods. Upon receiving the shipment,  it will be controlled and, in case of positive conformity,  the reimbursement procedure will be activated. The credit in favor of the customer can be used for new purchases on the site  as per the agreements taken with our customer service. Otherwise, the customer will be reimbursed for the full value of the goods returned by bank transfer to its bank account, within 30 working days from the goods receipt.

Cash payments are valid for a maximum value of € 999,99.
